Trust ID can connect earlier anonymous activity when an approved identity signal appears in the customer journey.

Existing customer login
A customer signs in through your website or application using the flow you already operate.

Form submission
A visitor submits a form already present on your site. Email values are hashed in the browser before leaving the page.

Purchase
A completed transaction supplies an approved customer signal.

CRM or enrichment match
An approved workflow connects the visitor to a known first-party record.
Any reference to login means your existing customer login. The standard Trust ID deployment does not introduce a separate authentication flow.
